What are the delivery options and how long does it take?

Delivery is free for orders of €100 and over.

For orders under €100, below is the shipping cost per country:

Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain €4.90
France €7.90
Austria and Germany €8.90
Switzerland €20.00
Rest of Europe
€12.90


Any packages sent back because of an erroneous or incomplete delivery address will be sent back out at the customer's charge.


How can I track my order?


Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you will be able to use to track your package during its journey. Don't forget to check your spam folder to make sure you don't miss it.


I haven't received my order, what should I do?


You can find the tracking number for your order under 'My account' via which you will be able to follow your package.
If it is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, contact your post office or chosen pick-up point directly.
Don't forget to check with your neighbours or concierge in case they accepted your package on your behalf while you were out.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I want to return my order, how do I do this?

In the case wherein your order does not fully meet your needs, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back to us.

If you want to return your items, make sure that they have not been worn or dirtied and put them back in their original packaging. We only accept unworn items for return. When you try your shoes on, please make sure to do so on a clean surface so as to avoid damaging them if you think you may need to send them back, as we will otherwise not be able to refund them.

Fill out the delivery slip attached to your package with your return instructions.

You can then send them back to the following address via the means of your choice:

Please keep your proof of postage safely in case of dispute or if your items are lost on route, in which case the proof of postage will count as proof of return for the items concerned and your refund request will be processed.

Please note that returns can take up to 10 days to reach our showroom, after which time they will be processed within 72 hours.

If the product is returned under the conditions outlined above, you will receive an email notification of your refund.


I would like an exchange, what do I have to do?


If you would like to exchange your items, you have 14 days to send them back and let us know what you would like to do.

In order for us to be able to process an exchange, make sure they have not been worn or dirtied and put them back into their original packaging. We only accept unworn items for return. Please make sure you try your shoes on, on a clean surface to avoid damaging them if you think you may need to send them back, as otherwise we will not be able to take them back.

Fill out the delivery slip attached to your package with your return instructions, noting the size for which you wish to exchange.

You can then send them back to the following address via the means of your choice:

Plese note that we only accept exchanges for size. To exchange for a new model, please request a refund and start a new order.


How can I return or exchange an item I bought in a shop?

Contact the store where you bought your shoes, directly.

We only process online orders and do not handle after-sale service for our resellers.
